Ask for a refund
Purchases are made through Apple, so Apple handles refunds. Ask at reportaproblem.apple.com, signed in with the Apple Account that bought Meter.
Step by step
- Go to reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in.
- Choose to request a refund, and pick Cutvey Meter.
- Follow Apple's steps.
If that didn't work
Cutvey cannot issue App Store refunds. Once Apple refunds the purchase, Meter locks on your devices.
