Meter locked when I was offline
With a Cutvey membership, Meter has to reach Cutvey at least every 7 days to confirm it. Past that it locks until it can check again, so connect and open Meter.
Step by step
- Connect to Wi-Fi or mobile data.
- Open Cutvey Meter. It checks with Cutvey and opens once the membership is confirmed.
- Before a long stretch without signal, open Meter once while you are online.
If that didn't work
The window is shorter when a trial or plan is about to end, and setting the device's clock back by more than an hour locks Meter until the next check. A purchase through the App Store never needs Cutvey, so a bought Meter stays open offline.
