Meter says Camera access denied
Meter reads light through the camera, and this message means the camera was refused for it. Tap Open Settings, switch Camera on, and come back to Meter.
Step by step
- Tap Open Settings under the message.
- Switch Camera on for Cutvey Meter.
- Go back to Meter. The reading starts by itself.
If that didn't work
If the message says Camera access restricted instead, Screen Time or a device profile controls the camera, and Meter's settings page has no switch for it. Whoever manages Screen Time or the profile on that device can allow it.
