The camera is black or says Camera paused
Meter pauses the camera when it cannot have it, and the message names why. Most of the causes clear by themselves once the camera is free again.
Step by step
- Another app is using it: close the call or camera app that has it.
- The app is not in the foreground, or another app is on screen alongside it: bring Meter to the front, full screen.
- The device is too warm: let it cool in the shade.
- The camera stopped and would not restart: close Cutvey Meter and open it again.
If that didn't work
If it says Camera access denied, tap Open Settings and switch Camera on for Meter. If nothing helps, restart the phone, then write to us with your model and iOS version.
